Atop the 8th floor of the Skyhouse Channelside building, BoomBox Fitness combines High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with coordinated music to match the mood of the session’s theme and amplify the intensity.

Designed for the novice and expert alike, guests on average can burn anywhere from 300-600 calories in just a 25-minute session, said co-founder Bryan Tissot. “We are aiming to target like-minded individuals to succeed in life but also enjoy a workout in a fitness setting they have never experienced before.”
